Mushrooms on mycellium shrivelled up

Hey guys, first post. First let me bring you up to date. I have 2 BRF bags which are currently in the fruiting chamber. I had some "bumps" after I put them in the fruiting chamber. The first block of mycellium had put out 2 mushrooms and many pins, but only 1 mushroom grew enough to harvest, and then the mycellium got all wet and dripped on in the FC, and so I dunked it for 24 hours and covered it in verm. The second one put out 2-3 times as many pins, and was growing way better, even though it pinned a few days later. It was doing great until I left for the night and came back to see that all the mushrooms, which have yet to be harvested, shriveled up due to low humidity.
Here is my set up. I use a plant propagator with water on the bottom, with an air pump going to the bottom where the water is. There is a heating pad which heats up the water and the mushrooms sit 2-3 inches above it all on a container which is meant to hold rockwool cubes for seedlings. The reason I believe the propagator stopped working was because I had a fan next to it drying out the mushrooms I had harvested already.
I had already searched and have been misting and fanning like crazy. I haven't dunked the 2nd block of mycellium yet because I want to ask first what I should do and I had some questions.
Will these shriveled mushrooms still be ok? Will they still grow? And What should I do?

you should build a sgfc like in this video

"What I call self-transforming machine elves.Sort of like jewelled basketballs all dribbling their way toward me. And if they'd had faces they would have been grinning, but they didn't have faces. And they assured me that they loved me and they told me not to be amazed; not to give way to astonishment. And so I watched them, even though I wondered if maybe I hadn't really done it this time, and what they were doing was they were making objects come into existence by singing them into existence."-Terence McKenna

I don't see why they wouldn't be okay for consumption.
but you're set up seems overly-complicated..when it shouldn't be. .
pics would help everyone get a better idea of wtf is going on

Setups like that can run into all sorts of problems. Standing water on the bottom is bad enough but having a heat pad under the standing water

Yeah you really need to improve your setup. Definitely not getting the kind of humidity or fresh air exchange you want. As a result it looks like your cake is drying out and some of the mushrooms are aborting.
