 New grow setup, need some help

Im going to start growing for my second time, hopefully this will work, but I got a few questions:
1. I will be growing in a outdoor shed, and the high temp in my area stays between the mid 80's to mid 90's, the shed has a few windows, but funds prevent me from purchasing a AC unit, how can I make this work?
2. I will be using horse manure as a substrate, any idea for asking the stable for the manure, since im only 21, i think it could look a little suspcious.

#1: Sorry, I've never done an outdoor grow.
#2: I'm a young guy too, and I go to the local animal feed store for their horse shit. When they ask me why, I just tell them I'm trying to make a good compost. Then they don't ask anymore.
In fact, they tell me to bring a truck so I can scoop as much horse shit as I want! It's all free, they are glad you are taking away their crap, literally!
