re-innoculating
    #1684974 - 07/03/03 08:50 PM (21 years, 6 months ago)

hey, my friend innoculated some jars of b+ strain a few weeks ago and none colonized for unknown reasons. anyways the jars havent been touched because theyve been in their habitat and i think they didnt colonize because the jars were still too warm and it killed off the spores. anyways can i re boil the jars and kill all the contams and then reinoculate with the same strain? im thinkin it will work cause i will boil it and kill all contams. please help me with this. peace

if this is your first grow then i recommend starting over. Patience is the key in this hobby. let them cool overnight next time.

I agree with soochi, start over, you don't know what the reason is for the lack of colonization. Give the jars another week before you throw them out though.
