Couple of substrate preparation question

I was wondering how to properly prepare the following substrate:
Coir Gypsum AG Lime Vermiculite Cottonseed meal
I've been having difficulty using the search feature on my phone, and so I was basically just wondering if I still pasteurize? I normally just use coir/verm and this will be my first time supplementing with anything. Not sure if I need to sterilize because of the supplements.
Also, what are the proper ratios of each? I believe it's 5-10% gypsum (about 2-3 cups per brick of coir) another 5-10% cottonseed meal, and the lime, I'm not sure about at all, couple TBS I imagine.

I wouldn't put lime in the substrate. Save that for a casing layer if you choose to apply one.
If you go by D5050's coir tek then it's one brick of coir, one gallon of water, 2-4 qts of verm (depending on grade).
Additives: 5-10% gypsum and cottonseed meal 5%

I'd just leave all that other shit out and do straight coir/vermiculite.... besides a cup of gypsum.
Mushrooms assimilate cellulose to produce mycellium in the form of a mushroom, coir is 100% cellulose as is corn cob (ground into a fine power, very hard to do)
this other stuff for nitrogen and adding caffeine just adds to much stress on the cultivator since it can go very bad or very good, which falls into the "Hit or miss" catagory.
Everyone has success with 50/50 verm/coir.

Interesting. I'll do some experiments, I mostly made the purchases for cultivating edibles and figured I could increase my yields with my Uncut Penis Envy.
I'll leave out the AG lime in 3 of my monotubs and add it in the 4th to compare results.
I've had some issues with contamination lately - had to throw out my last 5 monotubs - so I just wanted to make sure pasteurizing was the correct process here.
Another thing, daimons pasteurizing tek doesn't work for me, the whole measuring water part doesn't fully pasteurize my substrate properly. I just use a cooler and a very similar process, only I fill the cooler up with significantly more water to ensure that all of the substrate is below the surface. Once its done, I drain it by turning the cooler on its side and letting the water seep out the cracks to the lid and then twist the pillowcase real tight to get the excess water out. Upon mixing in the spawn once its cooled, I squeeze even more water out by hand as I transfer it into the monotub. The cooler also definitely helps maintain temperature as its insulated.
Thanks for the quick replies guys! I'll be preparing the substrate later this afternoon.
