Update on my GT's and creeps, some looking a little sad :(

Back again, and figured I would recycle this post so It's not too much like I'm repeating. I can't help but feel I'm doing something wrong as these mushrooms mature. The Golden Teachers are what have me worried. The caps turn really dark almost like they are aborting but still grow. One of the stems has split, but its on one of the in-vitro mushrooms so that doesn't worry me. The creepers look so healthy and happy, except for the lack of FAE causing myc growth, compared to the GT's. The creepers and GT's are in the same SGFC
Setup: Standard to-tek SGFC. RH is above 95% (used analog hygrometer, noticed it said 80%, let it drop to 40%, wrapped in a wet towel for an hour, stopped at 80%..)1/4in holes on all 6 sides 2 inches apart in a grid format. 5 inches perlite. I was originally misting and fanning 3 times per day but am now doing it more based on the mycelium growth at the base of the mushrooms.
Pics: Happy Creeper and pins:

In-vitro mushrooms (skinny to fat stemmed ones):
Why do you think this mushroom split? Maybe caused by in-vitro pinning or not misting enough? This picture is a tad old. The two in-vitro mushrooms veil's are starting to rip.
GT's:
Are the lines on the fatty stretch marks? And does it seem healthy from what you all can tell? Compared to the creeper and pictures of GT's, it seems "sick," if you will. The biggest one in the second picture seems to have stalled. The cap hasn't gotten any darker, and pins continue to form. What could be up with it?
-------------------------Old post-------------------------
This is my first grow, so if things are going wrong then I don't doubt it. The stems look kind of funky to me, almost as if they are splitting and turning a brownish color. Is this normal or verticillium?
Before we go any further, the black in the perlite is dirt because I used the MiracleGrow perlite. Couldn't find anything else anywhere.
GT:
The ones with the strange stems were mushrooms that started growing in the jar. I left them to consolidate too long. Not positive why they are growing that way though. If anyone has a reason I would like to hear it (=
Creeper:
To me, this one looks the healthiest. Cap isn't too dark like the others, and there isn't much browning on the stem.
I mist and fan 3 times per day. Morning, mid day, night. I mist fairly heavy all 3 times and I fan for about 30 seconds. I'm using an up to spec SGFC. There are a lot more pins and knots on the cakes that cant be seen in the pictures, so if the mushrooms currently growing are having problems I want to fix it before the new mushies pop up.
Thanks in advanced!

Yeah, they look like in-vitro pins. I've had some that look like that. It's nothing Can't really let them consolidate to long. People forget 7 days (1 week) is the minimal time. It's 1 month for best results.
Lookin good.

Awesome! Thanks for your input. I had the tall 1/2 pint jars which seem to take longer to consolidate. Lost track of time :P

IMO, the coarse stuff works great for the roll. As for the actual substrate, I like to use the fine stuff.

I used the same verm for every bit of this grow. Substrate, verm layer, and the roll. So far it seems to be working out nice, but I'll keep what you said in mind (=

Haha, it does look sick. But I'm almost cerain it from being In-Vitro. Also the split stem is most likely from rapid growth. I don't think it would be cause from being In-Vitro. At least I've never known it to happen that way.
Don't trust that Hygrometer... If you built the SGFC to spec, then you will have the desired humidity you want.

Cool thanks guys!
I went on a short vacation and lost track of time really. Now one of the cakes has stalled, time to research why that might have happened :l
