well i figured out what was wrong with that tub of coir i was askin about a few days ago... forest green mold.
after reading RR's notes it seem that stale air and too high humidity in the GH is to blame. i know what to do about the humidity but what about keeping the air moving. what would RR do about stale air in the GH?? a fan seems obvious.... any more ideas?

Maybe keep a window in the room cracked at all times. Can't give your GH FAE if theres no FAE in the room.

High humidity to blame for trichoderma? Seems strange. What was the RH at?
I use a GH myself. For FAE I have a computer fan that comes on for 15 minutes then is off for an hour. Those 15 minutes flush the whole GH and then some. My humidifier, which also is a source of FAE, is controlled by a RH controller, so it just cuts on when it is needed autonomously.
As far as I can tell a fan is your only/best option. You could put your humidifier outside the GH, so it would pull FAE, but, depending on the humidifier, might not be able to raise the RH of the greenhouse high enough or fast enough. The humidifier I use is a 3 head fogger in a 18gal drum hooked to a squirrel cage blower.

I thought that your Humidifier was saturating the substrate from you other Thread. It was just to close, and I'm sure the moisture was falling straight down inside of the tubs.

i agree with thad, get a fan of some sort...
ive got a cheap little 4-5" desk fan that keep inside my GH along with my humidifier. between the two i can keep rH at 100%(if need be) with plenty FAE.
