I am not aware of any simple forms of extraction. All I've ever heard of is powder in capsules, tea, using lemon juice with the tea, making chocolates with powder in them, or just eating them plain/in foods. Also, if you've never done shrooms before or only a few times I would advise against trying to achieve a level 5 trip. I haven't done them yet but I know I don't want to pass a level 2 on my first trip. Work my way up and get comfortable with em. Once I feel fully in control and safe, have a watcher and try a level 5. Shit can get crazy even if you feel like you'll be in control with a level 5. 

Edit: I saw the thread about the extraction. I'm assuming that if you are trying to use iso or honey you aren't old enough to purchase alcohol. So unless you can get someone to buy it for you, then reduce it and work with it in your kitchen without parents getting upset, you can try that method. This is assuming you aren't old enough to purchase alcohol.
