Stems splitting?

I'm not sure if this is just normal stem discoloration or if its the stem splitting. I got it on a couple of shrooms of different size.

If its splitting, I'll just seal up some holes to stop moisture loss (Note: I just misted).

Those stripes don't look like splits to me either.

First off that tub looks awesome! Very nice looking colonized substrate you got there.
Those are just stripes. I see them all the time. When your stems really split you'll know.

I have the same thing and I originally thought my stems were splitting as well.
Today I actually had one split, and as said above you'll know when it happens :P

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I wasn't sure if the black line was a sign that they might start to split or what. This is my first grow and I guess I just imagined the stems would look more "moist." As it is they look dry, but I guess that's how it is suppose to be. Here are some more pics taken a bit ago and a day after the ones above.

Left tub is suppose to be only 2 days behind the right one, but its moving slow. But then I spawned the right one using jars of WBS done via G2G that had nearly 3 weeks to colonize. I heard letting jars really colonize can have an effect on fruit size(?).

Hey Shinjiro04, what ingredients did you use for your bulk substrate? It looks great.

90/10/5 of Hpoo/Verm/Gypsum. You can't get coir in Japan [easily]. Strain is also Cambodian btw.
EDIT: Is there any reason the myc at the base of the shrooms bruises? I've got some green sploches that look like bruising on the base of some of the larger fruits.

It's pretty normal. Wouldn't worry about it too much.
But that is an AMAZING first grow. You went straight to the best setup you could use and it looks great!
