SS was raided this week by the DEA and ICE for importing mhrb.
Miami customs have been holding packages for weeks for most vendors in the USA, including mhrb.biz and phytoextractum. On monday, there was a controlled delivery of 11 boxes of mhrb from brazil. shortly afterwards, robert, his wife, and an employee were arrested, had submachine guns pointed at their heads, had their house and offices trashed, their mimosa seized (powder, shredded & whole, brazilian & mexican), along with everything else botanical -- kratom, kava, caapi, chacruna, and so on. computers and financial documents were seized. After the search, they were released at the scene and told that they were free to go. needless to say, don't expect a reply from them anytime soon.

The words "fuckin bullshit" come to mind.
It wasn't an unfair price for the hard work of harvesting ANY botanical in general.
Especially ROOT BARK.
Let's just hope they don't keep customer transaction lists.
And if they're making dmt plants illegal I want to see it in print.
Also, they should make our brains illegal as well as trout, sweet corn, & green grass.

I asked Enlin, our shroomery legal counsel, to comment on this thread. Specifically:
Do buyers have anything to fear? Many people probably paid with credit cards or money orders and most shipments had delivery confirmations.
Might the DEA give buyer info to local law enforcement? Any damage control advice?

Well, I was the genius who decided to buy for myself as well as others. Everyone else was too scared to order with their Card so I used mine. I bought 3 pounds for myself, then about 3 weeks ago I ordered 10 lbs for my friend using my Card.
If they have shipping or order records then I might get a visit lol
Edit: I also went to their website real fast and it says it down for the moment. So it doesnt look good

Just soze youz knowz...
Any material containing any amount of a scheduled substance is ILLEGAL if you know that it contains that substance (i.e. if the pigs can show you intended to extract, consume, etc.). It's in the CSA and ultimately boils down to the prosecution needing to show "mens rea" with regards to a given plant.
