Mycellium in 2-week old jars

Hey guys. I just inoculated my jars two weeks ago (Tuesday the 28th) and so far most of my jars have growth. However, one jar has no signs of growth at all which is troubling. The temp tends to be around 75 degrees, which i know is low but not too low. Sometimes it drops to about 73 at worst and sometimes it heats up to about 78. Im thinking of getting some hand warmers soon. I guess I inoculated incorrectly? What do you think?
Also, only one of my jars has growth on all four sides. I either think i messed up in the other jars or I didnt inoculate close to the glass, which is very possible. Would i be able to see mycellium even if the inoculation was not right on the glass side, or is this normal?
On the bright side, I see no contams in the jars. Will be posting pictures very soon.

Temps aren't your problem. Blank shots often happen when using ms syringes. There may be growth on the inside, or none at all yet (sometimes jars won't show any growth for a month after inoculation, other times never.. results can vary a lot like that when using spores). I would resterilize the jars and reinoc at this point.
Another good idea would be to make a grain LC from the jar that is working when it's finished, and use that as inoculant in the future (provided it doesn't contam obviously).

You got the perfect temperature range already. Incubation over 80f is outdated information. Did you shake the syringe before inoculation? How many cc per jar?

Hmm... I dont think at this time reinoc is an option for me. Do you think that the jars will grow fully if I just let them be for a longer period of time?

Yes, they may well grow. They also might not, we'll just have to wait and see. I'd recommend going the grain LC route with the other one that's working, once it finishes up. That'll give you guaranteed growth in the future.

Thanks I'll try that. Do you know if I inject new spores from a new syringe into the struggling jars, will that mess things up or will it help out?

You'd be best advised to resterilize the jars before attempting that. It may well work out fine if you don't.. pcing again first would be a safer bet tho.

It could mess things up. Every time you inject the spores your increasing the water content. Too much water will make them colonize slower.
I wouldn't worry about them not having growth at all the inoculation points. The worse that would happen is it takes longer to finish colonizing. As for the one with no growth, unless you have no better use for the jar, like making a new batch, and have an excess of spare spores it would be a waste to try and reinoculate it since it could be contaminated and the substrate has already been drying out for 2 weeks.

Sounds to me like you didn't shake the syringe before inoculation. If you want better answers, it would probably help to explain your preparation of the substrate jars or even Syringe if you made it yourself. How the spores were stored, so on and so forth.
