If a cake is contaminated, does it always smell bad or can it smell like a healthy one ?

It may not always smell.. if it looks bad OR smells bad.. it's bad.

Ok, then there are contaminants that smell and others that do not. Please, can you recommend me a good book about contams ? I?m getting really interested in this little MF!!!

Yes man I did, but can?t still find out what?s wrong. My problem is that I don?t have a digital camera and don?t know anyone that got one. I haven?t found any photo or description of what I see on my cakes (and believe me I?ve search like a MF).
