I reuse pretty much everything
I apply soap and water to everything after it's used unless I have a reason to keep it as sterile as possible ... like half used spore syringes.
Some things get an alcohol wipe prior to using like utensils, scalpel, etc.
If I'm really sketchy about something, like a tub that contaminated, then I'll go the next step and use a 10:90 bleach:water solution. I would apply the same solution to surfaces in a grow room.

pressure cook the things that you want to be sterile.
at the bottom of the pf tek done right tek by shea25 there is a simple tek to get sterile syringes of water.
if im sterilizing a large batch of needles, put them all in foil in a jar and pc the jar.
paper towels are mold spore magnets

I reuse everything.
Quart jars - I just rinse them out between uses and air dry. I don't actually wash them. The only time I wash a jar, is if it was contaminated, which is very rare.
Jar lids - same as above.
SFD's (which are made from a double layer of EZ felt) - I don't ever get them wet or wash them.
Tubs for monotubs & mixing ingredients - If I've used a tub for mixing ingredients, I just wash it out outside with a hose and let it dry. If it's for use with a monotub, I always line my tubs with a garbage bag, so the substrate doesn't make any mess at all really. Prior to prepping the tub to be a monotub, I wipe the whole thing down with an alcohol soaked papertowel, and then line it with a garbage bag.
Syringes/needles - I don't use syringes anymore, having moved onto agar, but when I did, I would sterilize them immediately before use. I never bothered trying to sterilize them and then store them, as I wouldn't trust it by the time I would have been using it again and would just end up re-sterilizing it anyway just before use.
Scalpel - Is flamed until red hot before every use.
Glovebox - I just rinse the entire thing out with water before use, then I place it upside down on my counter, reach in with a spray bottle that has water in it and spray all six surfaces (all four sides, the "ceiling" of the tub and the "floor" of the tub) until everything has a light coating of mist/water. Then I put all my stuff in it, cover the holes with saran wrap, wait a half an hour, and then go to work.
The only thing I don't reuse, are latex rubber gloves, which I use one time each and then throw them away. I use them for pretty much everything (G2G's, agar work, mixing substrate, anything in a glovebox, etc, etc.)
