Truffles are damn easy.  Inoculate jars ---> wait for sclerotia to form over 3 months or so.

PF-tek in a shotgun terrarium. It's how i started. Great place to start. Get good basics and have fun.

Not sure what you mean.  You may be referring to my low post count and recent registration.  I just decided to make a break with the past and open a up a new account.. just for the hell of it.  I've been here for years, I know what I'm talking about.

Mexicana's a good one to try as far truffles go.  Dead easy.  Inoculate and wait is basically all you must do.

Other than that, the tried and true cubensis are always a good option.. Pan Cyans are also wonderful. Those are the standards.

I think its pretty hard to screw up sclerotia. Easier by far than cubes IMO.

For me, Golden Teachers have been doing great. I'm doing my first grow, and the Golden Teacher jars colonized and consolidated quickly. They are also very potent, and so far, easy to grow (=

But these aren't truffles. I haven't even heard of truffles until now. Googling/using the search bar like crazy haha
