Question about fanning and misting

I have 2 monotubs going right now. Both are WBS/Coir/Verm/Coffee. I have 6 hole total in each tub, 4 on the bottom and 2 at the top. After a few unsuccessful grows due to senescence of the last mycelium I was working with. I used MS for the WBS and did G2G on 4 more jars.
I'm pretty concerned about these monotubs doing a good job so I want to know how much should I be fanning or misting. I've had them in fruiting for about 6 days and have been neglecting them (no fan no mist).
Today I started using my ceiling fan on low to help circulate the air. The fans about 4.5 to 5 feet away from the monotubs. Is this enough or should I still use the lid to fan?
(YES I KNOW THESE PICS SUCK BUT I DID NOT WANT TO OPEN THE LID UNLESS I HAVE TO.) Also the tape is just covering extra holes that I decided not to use anymore. Let me know if you guys think I should open them back up and stuff with poly.

No I never case. It's Spawn/Coir/Coffee/Verm all mixed together.

I'm asking if my ceiling fan running 24/7 and me not opening the lids is the way to go or not. Or should I just fan using the lid and mist when the walls start drying up. Right now I'm not misting at all and the walls are soaked...as you can see above

I've searched around for the answer but keep getting mixed answers. Some say not to fan and some say to fan 1-2 times a day...

I'm relatively new and have found the same conflicting info... what I've found works for me is paying attention to my substrate. If it's drying out, I mist it, if it's staying wet for too long I up the air flow in the room or cut back on misting.
I've really played around with the fan in the room and my misting schedule and now have it about figured out. I don't know if this helps, but really, watch your conditions and adjust accordingly.
I'm finding a definite "craft" side to the science of mycology. Good luck bro

it just takes awhile to tune in your monotub. if there hasnt been much or any condensation on tub walls mist it.
if the base of your stipes are covered in white fuzz give it more fae.

Why would you mist based on condensation on the sides of the fruiting chamber?
Pup Tentacle has the right idea. You mist based on the appearance of your substrate.

The substrate doesn't appear dry at all. Some of the rhizomorphs sticking up have dew on them.

With adequate fresh air exchange you should be misting several times a day.

No prob. Here's a pinning strategy guide that I bookmarked a while back. It's well written and you should check it out as it covers misting and fresh air exchange.
