I've got one thing to say to that:

I wouldnt get carried away about beating the Dolphins
They do have the easiest schedule in the NFL (or one of the easiest)
We'll see how they do. I still think the Pats are the favorite in the AFC

As a Dolphins fan: That game was a lot closer than the score reflected, and to be honest I'm not sure if that's an indictment of the Texans or just a testament to the Dolphins. Despite not finding the end zone offensively, our D held up well. Arian Foster was held to 3.1 ypc, and you guys didn't string together a lot of long drives. On the other side of the ball, the Texans D was just too nasty.

Definitely. Texans defense is what won them that game. 4 turnovers forced and 3 sacks.
Texans adding a TD right at the half that went to Andre Johnson on a long pass, so that inflated the score a bit
I am not sold on the Texans, never have been

They DO have elite players at key positions though. If any team has the potential, but hasn't realized it yet, to turn it on and just dominate it's the Texans.

Who said they didnt?
I just dont think they are going to win the Superbowl or even make it to the Superbowl. I think there are better teams in the AFC then them

2-0 now but playing Jackoffsville dont prove much The thing i liked was the Texans had virtually zero bonehead stupid plays, that was refreshing

True, they haven't been tested yet, but still. The Texans are damn good. Superbowl good. One of the top defenses in the league, solid qb, phenomenal run game, one of the best WRs on earth...

Fuck they only let the Jags get 117 total yards for the whole game Next game is against the Broncs on the road, if they dominate that game they are for real a superbowl contender this year...
I am worried because Peyton has looked great so far and the Broncs have a damn good defense. At least we dont have to face Peyton twice a year when he was with the colts

No doubt the Texans have looked good, maybe even great. But they havent really played anyone yet. I hardly consider Miami or Jacksonville to be good teams. Bronco's will at least give them a challenge
I dont know what makes you say Peyton has looked "great," but yeah he's still Peyton Manning. I watched the game tonight and Manning threw 3 INT's on the first 3 Bronco possessions. He actually lost them that game. a game they finished at 21-27, without those 3 INT's at the beginning of the game, they had a good shot at starting the season 2-0.
