Very cool. I recently went kayaking for the first time off the puget sound and im already thinking about buying one. They are a blast!

Edit: heres the only picture I took. Budd Inlet. Facing towards north puget sound.

Thanks... It was just this summer that I have started Kayaking... I have an inflatable so I have only taken it on lakes at this point, not really sure if I would take it on the ocean, particularly after seeing this...

I love foxes. Especially the red ones.
but not when they do this from 2-4 a.m. in the woods behind my house

I would just about shit myself paddling from that shark! To the veteran kayakers: Anyone know if a white water or recreational kayak would be best for a beginner thats learns quick? I plan on using it in lakes for possibly fishing and traveling the puget sound.

Wow Absent... that is a noisy fox.... given the choice I'd rather hear that than sirens and traffic. Also, loco... check out the company Sevlor, they make inflatable kayaks of differing PVC thickness, and they are easy to transport and store. Keep me updated on your journey...

oh yeah, I agree. I mean, now that I know what the fuck it is. My dad and I could not figure it out for the longest time, and we were really creeped out by it. Closing the windows didn't help either. My backyard drops down to a mountain, so those fuckers are just running around back there having a ball.

Thats crazy! I'm so jealous.  I'd love to live somewhere with a yard that leads to nature.  I suppose their screaming could be a bit off putting... Kinda creepy. I never knew they made noises like that. They sure are cute though.

Whats up June? I dig it you know.... And while I have ambitions of maybe kayaking through rougher waters that might require a sturdier vessel, for cool slow paddles this 2 person inflatable is all i need. As far as Absent above, I am with you...

Hey man.  I've always wanted to get one of my own but I don't want to spend a lot of money on one only to find it doesnt fit my needs. (I kinda want one where my dog can ride with me)  But it sure is great exercise.  I bet because its inflatable its a lot more convenient to store and keep in good condition.

I envy your rivers man... though the question arises how you get back to your car if your Kayaking solo.

float down river towards home(if you live right next to one like me) and then get a buddy to drive you back to your car...
