Monotub substrate pasteurization question

So, I have done a few cakes and casings in the past... As in, 7 years ago. I have recently been getting back into this wonderful hobby and am in the process of putting a mono tub together. Now, the tek that I used back in the day for my casings was Magash's "Rye Bitches Rye!!!" post.
In this post, Magash says to pc the coir/verm substrate at 15 psi for 1 hour. However, this seems more like a sterilization than a pasteurization. When I did the casing before, this worked fine for me, but I have read some conflicting, more recent teks that specifically say to pasteurize and not sterilize. My understanding is that pasteurization kills mold spores but leaves beneficial bacteria and nutes for the myc to eat up, where as sterilization kills basically everything.
Last night I was, I guess, trying to be a little over safe and I loaded my substrate into jars and pc'd then at 15psi for a little over an hour. Then realized that I had probably sterilized my sub... whoops!
So, my question is... should I redo my substrate and PASTEURIZE it instead of STERILIZING it for better results in my mono? Or, is pcing my sub at 15 psi for around an hour gonna be okay for using as my substrate? By the way, I really packed the substrate in my quart jars, as I can only fit 7 in my PC, so Im not totally sure if the internal temps in the jars were absolutely sterilized.
Thanks in advance for thoughtful responses.

Thanks. Thats what I was thinking. Just wanted to clarify. And, thanks for that link, I have seen that before, but I couldn't find it last night when I was using the search function.
