Are you talking apples that have reverted from domestic varieties?  Where are you finding truly wild apples?

Where Johnny Appleseed sold his wares, there are trees, too young to have been planted by farmers, cause the farmers are long gone. And all of the seedlings he sold were not cultivars, not clones, though planted, not selected and retained for character, but grown from seed.

Me, I look for mushrooms, in this area, and there are volunteers, whether prodigy from domestic varieties, or from Johnny Appleseed's cider tree industry, I'm calling them wild.

No, he planted seed and sold the seedlings he collected from cultivated strains, not the same thing at all as apples grown as clones that are grafted to rootstock.

Being a cultivated strain doesn't require a clone being grafted; you're ideas are fucking idiotic.

Alright guys, how about we stick to calling the idea "fucking idiotic" instead of the person a "fucking idiot". A genius and a moron can both make brilliant and idiotic statements, so they're irrelevant to the discussion, and it keeps you within the rules.
