LC and flow hood question

I have a clean (tested) LC but its so shallow that I cant get the last bit out but I want to save it. I would rather not shoot more sterile water in and dilute it cause i like my way overly powered lc's lmao
Would it be safe for me to open my lc jar in front of my hood, opening a fresh sterile syringe/needle in front of flow hood, and then put the syringe down INTO the jar so suck the last bits up?
I have read that if anything comes between sterile flow, like when I place the syringe down into the jar, it wont be sterile anymore.
My plan is to take this last 1 or 2cc of good lc and knock up a rye jar so I can expand it to 60cc of GLC.
I've been trying G2G's but I can never get the grains spread even enough and they've been ending up taking longer to colonize than 3 quart bags I put glc into. Not too mention they all went fine until stopping with a dime sized bacterial on the bottom. Probably just my technique.
I know my hood is fine cause I have agar plates that I opened for 30, 60, 90, and 180 seconds in front of my hood. The 30 and 60 second ones never contam'd, the 90 sec one showed bacterial at 10 days, and the 180 showed contam on day 4 (expected lol )
Tried like 20 transfers from obviously clean agar plates and they all contam'd too.
Looks like I'm doomed to never having an isolate lmfao

Pour the LC from the jar into a sterile petri dish and suck up from there. Or work in a still air box.
Either way, if you follow proper sterile procedures I don't see why you'd have issues.

I personally think you'll be fine. Just work fast but (not in a panic) maybe where some rubber gloves and rub your hands down with some alcohol, tilt the jar and stick the needle down I think you be fine. just like jenkinz said practice sterile techniques. For the future maybe build a couple lids using ATV silicone and a filter

Use a smaller jar next time
You'll be fine as long as you're swift and careful.
