Strange pinkish/gray dots -- Contam!

I posted this in mush cult but decided to repost here.
My original post:
Alright guys, I really need some help here.
I knocked up 30 jars, all Oak Ridge multispore. 1 got the Mean green so that leaves me with 29. At first, they were all colonizing beautifully, and rapidly. They all made it to about 30-40% colonization before I shook them, about a week post innoc.
Fast forward another week, my jars should be at full colonization right? Wrong. Some of them have made it to 100%, but I'd say about half have this weird looking contam in them. I used 2 60 cc syringes for these, and did another 75 or so jars after these, so now I'm worried they all will have it.
Pics:

I have never seen this contam before. It didn't show up until after the shake either, but now I have some other jars that you can clearly see weird dots in along with the myc that haven't been shaken yet. It is most visible on the sunflower seeds but you can also plainly see it on some milo and millet.
Anyone know what this shit is? A bunch of my jars have made it to 100% and this stuff is not visible, so I think I will go ahead and use those and see what happens. The rest will obviously have to be tossed...don't think I'm going to try to use 60cc syringes in this manner anymore. I used standard sterile procedure, water was boiled then added to syringe then prepped in a SAB.
Any thoughts are appreciated.
Yep. This is a weird contam. If someone could tell me what they think it is, and how worried about it I should be that would be cool.

I think all youre seeing is the birdseed behind a layer of mycelium. I see no pink or grey dots, i do see birdseed behind the myce. Your jars are WAY too wet.

After closer inspection, i think i see what you're talking about. Dont know what it is but the wetness of those jars isnt helping things.

I don't think it was the wetness that caused it, I believe it was present in the syringe. Some of my grain I may have accidentally boiled too long, not all my jars look like that. Also, it wasn't nearly that wet prior to the shake.
