Help? one jar colonizing, 9 not

Afoaf just inoculated 10 pf tek brf 1/2 pint jars 5 days ago. There doesn't seem to be any problem, other than one jar colonizing very quickly, while the other 9 still seem to be germinating.
The lc had a single giant spore clump. The clump broke apart for the most part, but still left some decent sized chunks suspended in the lc. When innoculating the first jar those large chunks made way into the jar. That jar is doing amazing, however the other 9 aren't showing any signs of confirmable growth.
My question is would it be possible that the other jars didn't get a strong enough innoc., due to the large chunks that didn't break a part?
When innoculating there were little black pieces of spore In the lc all the way to the last jar. Also Afoaf would love to here any advice that any one has to share.

More info might help, ie how was the LC made? Had you tested the LC? they can hide contams pretty well. If your starting from spore I *THINK* it's better to use it to knock up grains or agar to check for contams before making a clean agar that can be the basis of the LC and even then you'll need to test. Essentially you need to get a definitely clean medium before moving towards an LC then retest before going for a large project.
1/10 growing much faster is a bad sign. and 5 days is very quick. most likely a contam of some sort.
And: "afoaf is garbage..." i'm guessing he means we all know it's you. there's no point keeping up the pretence of being here on someone elses behalf. The whole SWIM thing gets rather annoying sometimes.

The place he purchased the Spores is not an LC. It's a Multi-Spore Syringe. And thus takes up to 14 days to show germination.
afoaf is not needed here man we know it's you. Your secret's safe with us.
