ive thought about using like some cut up london broil before---that could get kinda high though---i totally agree with that smoking thing though--i bet that is some killer stuff---i smoked some chicken tenderloins once and then cut em up and used em in a chicken alfredo---shit was kill too---im gonna look over your recipe one more time--thanks

I like to start with Wolf Brand chili as my base, then add venison (deer meat), cubed beef, bacon chunks (size depending on if I have sliced or slab bacon at the time), 2 shots of Jack Daniel's black label, and a hand full of shredded cheese.  I'll add just about any red meat I have available lol.  Serve with a tall stack of bread slices :smile:

I just do it that way to save time, and because I like the texture of Wolf Brand.  My grandma makes it from scratch and adds the same meats I add to the Wolf Brand, but the texture is thinner.  I don't like babysitting a big ass pot all day :smile:
