Setting the humidifier and wanted to know the range I would want the humidity for pinning and fruiting.

my guess would be 95-97% and then drop a bit like to 75-80% and then pick back up...but not sure.

I know it varies from fruiting to pinning; but I may have both fruiting and pinning tubs in the same room. Would it be safe at 88% then?

Yes, it's all about the RH inside your tubs/totes than the room. My ambient RH in my fruiting room is around 40%. My tubs are more in the range of 90-99%.

Yeah but I am trying to use a grow tent to grow open air shrooms. So the grow tent is basically the tube. I'm having it exchange air 7 times a day for one minute at a time (enough volume to completely exchange the entire tent).

Ah, I see... Just make sure that you're getting enough FAE & they'll pin fine. When I was running my GHs, I'd have newly introduced bulk right next to "cakes" that had been in there for 4 days.

Yeah the 6" fan will completely change the air in the tent in 1 minute. It will go on 7 times a day. Is that enough?

Yea, should be. I had my blower on 24/7 providing FAE & some RH. Then the fogger would kick on for a few minutes every hour. My RH would dip to around 87% then back up to 99% when the fogger kicked on. Through the hour it would gradually go back down then kick back up w/ the fogger.
