What kind of fc?

A shotgun fruiting chamber does not require afan but does require 1/4" holes every 2" on ALL 6 sides and 4-5" of perlite.

I'm doing a shot gun fc and yes i need to fan it out today, im also noticing that the stalks are turning brownish brown streaks Is this from lack of watering them?

Fanning it out is ok a couple times a day after u mist, of course. But not a fan running on all day or on any kind of schedule or in the same room...

Stripes on the stems are normal.

okay now my fan question is the smallest i have is a 9inch fan I'm assuming this wont matter because im just fanning out the FC for a short duration theirs the lone ranger my only on growing atm, also i worry about my FC because its not very foggy on the sides of the walls so i believe my humidity reader is a bit off.

a properly constructed SGFC will have 95% humidity...not fog....when u mist and u get the walls wet, the moisture on the walls should be gone in a couple hours...if not u need more FAE....u cannot see or feel humidity.

and yea a 9 inch fan on low will work....just mist your cakes and use the fan to get rid of the old air in the FC and replace it with new, fresh air. This way the water u just misted can evaporate, which cause pinning.

I know it is i can hear it all night while im trying to sleep so if i just keep fanning it out every day its conditions will improve?

I only see one hole in your SGFC in that pic.
I should be seeing a lot more.

:durrhurr:

EDIT: More holes = Proper SGFC = Fresh Air

I know it won't have "fog" I just couldn't think of a better way to phrase it... well i guess saying condensation on the walls would probably have been more accurate

just fan for 30 seconds to a minute a couple times a day after u mist...and make sure u have a properly built SGFC with 1/4" holes every 2" on ALL 6 sides with 4-5 inches of perlite and u will be perfect.

I've never seen condensation in a shotgun terrarium.  It sounds like either you don't have sufficient holes on all six sides, or you're heating it somehow.  I can't imaging cakes putting out enough heat to cause condensation in a shotgun.
RR

Temperature differential causes condensation.
Warmer in your FC then it is outside. More holes.

Metabolites, mycelium is fighting.
