Welcome to the boards You're actually more protected, now that you've signed up rather than lurking. Supporter Accounts add to our/your security as well.
Manure is easy to work w/, as stated above, and RR's quart jar pasteurization tek works great too. It's in his videos, which I saw you mentioned you have. I've used it several times, even on cigarette butts, and it worked out fine. (see experiment in journal for cig butt substrate)
CO2 should be between 10k-20k ppm when colonizing jars and/or bulk substrates.

7oz on "trash"? Awesome.
Just for shits and giggles, is there a semi-inexpensive & reliable CO2 monitor that works well in humid environments? Most I saw only went up to 9,999 ppm. A few stated that they are rated for 99% RH, but they are digital, and digital thermometers/hygrometers/anything electric in the FC kind of scares me. I've always stuck with analogs (hygro/thermo) for simplicity's sake.

Meno - not aware of one. The decent ones are around 200-300 dollars.
Oeric McKenna - it allows for more security options, eg not allowing google to index your post.
