Do you guys collect/clean the manure and dump it somewhere? If so, I'd try looking there.
If its just an open feild, yeah, you could possibly find some Panaeolus subbalteatus... I dont know much about the climate in Ohio, but, if you get enough rain and the temperatures are right, its worth a look.
Type that into google, click on images and see what you find. Then post any findings here so we can help you identify them.

Ok guys well it rained here last night. We have stables that the horses shit it and keep the hay. That is all dumped into a big ass pile behind hte stables. Well i looked yesterday and there was nothing but now this morning after it rained yesterday there are a good 10-20 mushrooms coming up out of the hay and manure. They are very small and look to have a very tiny cap probly 1-2 cm in diam. The stems are about 5-6 sm long and white in color. I have not picked these or looked very closely at them yet as i was very excited to see this. The weather is a humid 80 degrees or so. I was just wondering if i should pick these already or do they need more time to grow etc. Any help is appreciated and if i can get pictures and prints i will.

Let 'em grow for a day or three. If they start to dry out or they're not growing anymore, then pick 'em. If you water the patch it should help it stay moist enough to produce longer.
Happy mushrooming!

Ok, well it rained again today and even though the shroomies died, should i be expecting more tomorrow? or even later on tonite? The caps had gills that i could see and the stem was hallow. Hopefully another set will sprout up tomorrow, or even better ill find some when i go lokoing tonite.

Well the environment sounds PERFECT. Perfect for subbalteatus, and Coprinus as well...
You're finds are probably Coprinus. White stems, and caps that have already "died" or liquified. My subbalteatus patch yeilds quite a bit of Coprinus as well. They are not active, but, some species are edible. I personally wouldn't eat them though. They are also known as Inky caps.
Type coprinus into google, click on images, see what you find. They will probably have pictures of the mushrooms before they liquified. When they liquify, that is their way of dispursing the spores.
I'd keep looking there though. You're bound to find some other types of mushrooms.... That hay/manure/compost stack is your best bet. Just check it every day. Panaeolus subbalteatus DO blend very well into the compost heaps. The caps are a reddish-brown, with a fawn-brown belt. Red-rusty stems, black gils with white edges...Keep a looking !
