Water droplets on mycellium in colonized compost - is this bad?
    #16766335 - 08/31/12 02:56 PM (12 years, 4 months ago)

I spawned 2 one pound madbags to 5 pounds of High Mountain Compost a week ago.  The mycellium must absolutely love that stuf because it colonized it very quickly and it has strands everywhere, as well as fluffy cotton like mycellium.

However, whenever I peek in, there is always standing water droplets on the mycellium.  There is also water droplets on the sides of the buckets I am using.  Is this bad?  Do I need to wipe these up? I planned on giving them a few more days then I was going to try and fruit them.  If anyone has any advice on whether to do something about this, and alsoregarding the best way to fruit these, that'd be great.  Thanks.

No problem. For fruiting what do you plan on doing?
