Mycelium growth

Ok i keep seeing threads and even the PF tek videos, where people have a large notable amount of myc growth within 5-10 days. I am sitting right at 10 days since inoculating my jars and only maybe 5 of the 30 have any growth and the ones that do have about a BB sized area.
what could this be or am i getting too anxiuous? this is my first grow hehe doing 20 jars of treasure coast and 10 jars of equador

Give it till 14 days, then worry about it.

IF it goes on past 14 days what could be the problem? because as of now like 85% of my jars dont have a spec of myc. and the few that do has had the same sized patch for about 3 days now.

the question is really open ended so no one is going to be able to answer it fully. I've had jars that didn't start colonizing for like 2 weeks after knock-up. Also if you don't see any colonization after 2 weeks then the jars may be contaminated:/ I'd isolate the jars that haven't started colonizing and put them in a separate area for another week and if there is still no signs of growth throw them out.

Chances are your jars don't have optimal conditions. Most likely too moist, possibly too dry. Maybe someone could help diagnose the problem better if ya provided more details.
And you should probably start new jars, but you should keep those jars and see what happens. Sometimes jars can just be weird temporarily. But you'd be surprised how far a little bit of mycelium can go.
I remember I got some presterilized jars from a vendor once. I used most of them, but there were a couple I forgot about. About a year later, I was emptying out the presterilized jars I never used, and then to my surprise, one of them was fully colonized. When I say I didn't use it, I mean I didn't inoculate it with anything, somehow some mycelium just managed it sneak in there and start a home.

There are a lot of things to be asked. But usually I see this problem when people forget to Shake the Syringe prior to inoculating their substrate jars. Also some forget to allow the Substrate jars to fully cool after sterilization. As long as there just warm to the touch they would be fine to Inoculate.
You could have packed your substrate to tight into the jars.
Sorry man, but you really haven't told us much. There's a lot of variables.
But I agree I wouldn't worry up until 14+ days.

my bad well to start off i let it cool for 10 ish hours after sterilizing and even the jars were basically just room temp. I didnt not pack it down when making the substrate its very airy :P I shook the syringe very thoroughly and beat it on the edge of my tabletop till there were NO visible spore clumps. Only thing i am thinking as there is no signs of contaminates is that when sterilizing maybe some extra moisture got in there. if this is the case will it work its way out and colonize still or are they screwed if it got too moist.

Extra moisture would of only gotten in there if the Tek wasn't followed to the T. Micro Pore tape and Foil would of prevented any extra moisture from entering.
I'd say give it some more time. IMO I trash any jars that don't show any growth after 2 weeks. Some people are different.

I used foil, however did not use micropore. After reading and asking and people telling me the tape was unneccesary i decided to opt without it. however i guess maybe i should have. will the moisture eventually evaporate out or is the extra moisture a instant killer because I only have 1 syringe left

the moisture usually goes down a little bit at a time for the first week or so. im also wondering if your jars are getting enough GE. you mentioned PF earlier, are they pf jars or grain spawn jars? what kind of GE holes are you using? if PF how thick is your verm layer?

They are PF jars with BRF and verm, and the dry verm layer was about a half an inch thick give or take a bit. for GE holes if you are talking about the 4 holes in the lid i do believe i went with a 1/8th an inch drill bit as several members recommended. is there a way i could like maybe alcohol swap a plastic toothpick and penetrate through those holes to possibly allow for better gas exchange?

Proper GE will come from the 4 Inoculation holes... No matter how "thick" your Dry Vermiculite barrier is.
75 is good.

So what could be the problem. there isnt any noticable extra moisture on the walls of the jar everything looks fine. I followed the PF tek exactly except for the micro spore tape. which from reviews was unneccesary if a proper foil layer was applied. I didnt rush anything and completely sanitized everything. There is no signs of contams

If nothing appears after 2 weeks.... Odd's are it was a bad Syringe. (Haven't read entire thread). So I don't know if you purchased or made it.
Another reason is if the Substrate jars weren't allowed to cool long enough. (Warm to the touch or cooler).

I let the jars cool for 10 hours before using them they werent even warm when I took them out of the pot.
the syringes were purchased from a reputable sponsor, so I would say it wasnt the syringes
