Ah yeah, my camera has bulb mode, which you can use a regular remote to make it expose for as long as you want, either by holding down the release button to your desired exposure, or just taping down the release button and letting it expose for hours at a time. I just do the ghetto method for super long exposures I guess, works though.

Smug mug is pretty legit, I agree you should try that. If not, even Flickr gave me a free terabyte of space, which is pretty much infinite for me.

I couldn't really find anything today, so I started turning logs, and got some crazy small macros. Just gotta look a little closer sometimes.

Here's some American Robin pics that I've been collecting.

How do you get all these bird shots? How do you set up in time? It's pretty impressive.
I really need to get more lenses already!

You just gotta be where they be. That and have a lot of luck for them to get in range of my tiny lense.
I'm a strong believer in camoflauge as well. Just camp out near prime territory.
Once I get a bigger lense I'll be much better off. I'm working with half the reach of most birders.

I like the feel of that shot Clay, thanks for posting, look forward to seeing you more.
Cool mallard DG, and the second squirrell shot is crisp and clean. Also, you can never go wrong with pecker shots.
Well I'm heading to south GA in the morning, so I'll take a detailed survey of the bio diversity there and report back. Happy trails friends.

I'm just gonna throw some old ones up here, so I can get back to cleaning the house.
Also I should have some pics from yesterday at Herb Parson's Lake pretty soon.
Song Sparrow

Dark-Eyed Junco

White-Throated Sparrow

Mallards

I think this is a female Warbler of some species? Might just be a sparrow that likes water alot?

Here's the male Yellow-Rumped Warbler

Black-Capped Chikadee
