Chakra experience and the bhagavad gita

Sometimes before meditating I will have a smoke which really excels the experience, there can be a tremendous feeling of energy. This really only ever occurs for me when I am outside meditating on the ground. But the majority of the time I put my efforts into an experience of meditation I have not been smoking...it makes the process take longer to move the energy in and clean it out. But the smoking really helps present the idea of the bhagavad gita were polarity is found between clean and purified energy and dirty energy caused by smoking which moves through the body and the dirty energy from daily practices such as eating and sex.
So you breath deeply through your nose and out your mouth and can open up an entirely new experience within meditation.
This can be accomplished in many ways. Setting one hand directly down to the ground and the other pointed into the air. This position with the right hand down and left hand up would eventually help you later if you decided to entertain positions of hindu yoga. However, your arms should stay off of your body until you feel the tenseness of your muscles contracting and moving energy through your wrists upon your arms . After perhaps 10-15 minutes this should allow you to set your arms down upon your knees very slowly in a relaxed position with your palms up. And another position of meditation can be learned here though that is not yet this purpose.
With the higher energy from your left hand which is raised you can form your higher body and from your other hand which was lowered begins the bodies work of differentiating energy into chakras then into streams for prana and then next into, as far as I know, a separation of purified energy to be given into the higher realms of existence, creating as the bhagavad gita describes a period of union with unconditional love or godhead.
To develop your first position of a chakra experience you would have to believe this lower quality energy has been slightly conditioned by gravity. Even so it is able to associate with the mind and posess qualities and actions of the human body. The first chakra is dependent on your necessities of life food water etc. However to begin the second chakra you first need to make a gateway from the first. So you direct the energy down to the region up towards the second, left-right to associate it as a ball of energy which can be expanded through knowledge. Then you begin to move the energy forwards or backwards depending on your sexuality. Forwards for a male to create height, backwards for a female to create depth...either way you should try and keep it as a ball and allow some of the energy to seperate and move to the second chakra as it spins, which is around your pelvis. This becomes perpetual to the sixth and the knowledge is continual and allows more defiance of gravity. Putting your hair up upon your head also helps create this perception of defying gravity with the energy you have obtained from the ground. With the dirty energy you can associate it as matter and create what is known as kundalini within your first chakra to travel through the higher chakras gather knowledge for earth. Even so I have had many experiences and she does not much like the energy we have in the americas the sciences are much different then the spritual knowledge. and I had little spiritual knowledge for her but she has been helpful in attuning my chakras and if they had fallen out of place she realigns them.
However, taking this energy out of earth and giving back to the divine has lead me to some very difficult areas of existence. Such as bondage but I will leave it up to you the readers to decide upon how to use these different forms of meditation. One might suggest this form of the chakra / kundalini experience is a continual position of service and could lead to reincarnation because it is such a continual and subtle transaction with earth and the higher spirit(s) but this is also neglecting what we believe as progress through a human, metaphysical or perhaps spiritual existence.
But the bhagavad gita goes into associating these chakras not with color but with action. Earth the first, water second, fire the third and air the fourth, all of these chakras are defined by causal necessities of the body and associate with lifestyles.
And if desired planting things you wish within the body to cultivate a better self through meditation feeding from the heart and watering as if your meditation didn't do this already but even so it was performed as a ritualistic experience to symbolize life your efforts allowing plants to grow and fruits to be given and breath through your body. All new experiences you can have within the experience of meditation.
Another form of meditation would be after straining your arms and gathering this energy within your arms and bringing them down to your knees you would feel this strain and desire to close your hand over time. But the idea is to close your pointer to your thumb slowly. This is another point of choice as mentioned at the beginning to do this one after the other...the right hand then the left hand then the right and and so forth as a continual experience each time raising and lowering the opposite hand that is to be closed. Breathing deeply after cleaning these chakras daily will allow you to make the energy within the higher regions developing self and obtaining union with godhead and providing the purified energy and fruits and the life body through motion develops this energy as well, the prana would be needed to work up and down these levels of offering. Even so I have been able to put this energy into food though I consider it heavier then prana energy it perpetuates an understanding of creation. Also a less stable energy known as manna which had terrible effects on my stomach causing deprivation and increased hunger has been created and some offered and some used it should be put into material food rather than drank.
In any case if anyone has this extent of knowledge my reasoning has led me to believe these efforts don't bind you to earth but can perpetuate you in a position of salvation to life existing within higher realms and life existing beyond material existence.
Hopefully this is more consistent than my last post but this really introduces someone to the aspects within ourselves and helps us become more of who we are and allows for greater experiences.

dirty energy from daily practices such as eating and sex.
Plus you'll go to hell if you do either of them.

Why are people so quick to demonize all the best things in life? Eating and sex are not only awesome, they're both a major part of a healthy life.
I don't know which book you're reading, but in the bhagavad gita arjuna threatens to run off to the footrest to become a renunciate, and Krishna tells him to quit being such a bitch and go fight like the warrior that he his.
Yield not to unmanliness O son of Pritha. It does not become you. Shake off this faint heartenedness and arise O scorcher of worlds.

Krishna is supposed to be the epitome of love and is supposed to have had sixteen thousand female consorts.
