But pasurizing it should kill the trichs right?

Cause ive always nuked mine for the recomended time and still had mold issues.

Like i said i got 8bricks of this crap and i wont buy any new for awhile.

Guess i will have to get a few pounds of hpoo to store during the vinter times now :P

Correct.  Given your inoculant is clean and your sterile procedures are good, pasteurizing correctly will kill and knock back any invader spores present in pre-pasteurized substrate materials giving your mycelium has a huge head start in colonizing the bulk substrate materials.  Any remaining invader spores will get delt with by the mycelium and the beneficial microbes left behind by the pasteurization process before they can recover and germinate and so forth.

What are your pasteurization methods?  I follow these and it has worked without a hitch.

That's not pasteurization.

My pasteurization method is to process/shred my substrate materials (Coir and horse manure + gypsum and vermiculite), mix it, hydrate it to 72%, load it into spawn bags and use water as my heat transferring medium not letting the water in the pot exceed 155F then beginning a timer set for an hour and a half once the center of substrate materials reach 130F gauged using a cheap ass meat thermometer from like the dollar store or something.
