Very healthy Mycelium no pins; its been 3 weeks

I have used the Massive Mycelium Surry using corncob to produce lots of mycelium. The conditions are ideal for primordia. The mycelium is very healthy and contiunues to knot, but has not pinned in 3 weeks. What is the problem, please help me.

I guess you shoul give further info. about the strain , the TEK (PF or casing..) or is it coldshocked.....????
