Highlighting my point further about the Europe/IIsrael split. Why doesn't Israel cut off ties with American networks? Because the media here are reporting in a radically different way. You haven't heard the "pro-palestinian" argument (or bias) from our media.
Israel cuts off ties with BBC

Israel declared over the weekend that it is cutting
off ties with the BBC to protest a repeat
broadcast on non-conventional weapons said to be
in Israel.
The program was broadcast for the first time in
March in Britain, and was rerun Saturday on a
BBC channel that is aired all over the world.
The boycott decision was made byIsrael's public
relations forum, made up ofrepresentatives from the
Prime Minister's Office, the Foreign Ministry and the
Government Press Office.
It was decided that government offices won't
assist BBC producers and reporters, that
Israeli officials will not give interviews to
the British network, and that the Government
Press Office will make it difficult for BBC
employees to get press cards and work visas in
Israel.

Understandable cutting ties with BBC - It is EXTREMLY biased against israel.

Its less bias than the US. It is bias, but at least it has less slant then most other media outlets. Israel would be banning them if they were totally neutral as well.

We help give them the fucking country and they dont give our reporters a press card, they are just upset because the BBC actually bothers to interview people on both sides. Such behaviour speaks volumes about them.

This may come as a shock to some of the readers here, but time consists of past, present, and future. Did no one check the date on that piece?
It is true that for many months Israeli officials boycotted BBC news programs, declining interviews and excluding BBC reporters from briefings. But the boycott was ended after the BBC appointed a panel to oversee its Middle East coverage and to ensure it would be unbiased. Too bad the panel failed at that task, but the relevant point is that the boycott by Israel was ended.
However, since the BBC hasn't changed its ways to any significant extent, the Israeli Foreign Ministry is apparently again under pressure by Israeli citizens to renew the boycott. If they do so, you can post (and LINK this time, please) articles you come across announcing the news.

Why should isreal allow the BBC access? After all anyone who disagrees with isreal hates the entire jewish race so they can't tolerate that kind of reporting
