How can I sneak in to the acid community?

As of now, I've only used mild psychedelics, like mushrooms, and after reading a book called "Acid Dreams : the history of acid", I decided I want to experiment with some LSD.

The problem is, there isn't any acid available to me.
I want to find a way into the acid community. How did any of you get involved with it? Was it offered to you or did you go looking?

I want to go to a music festival or whatnot but I don't think it's as simple as just walking around screaming "Whose got the acid? Whose got the acid?".

I basically just asked people I knew if they knew anyone who could get it. Luckily, a few people knew someone. It's really just about who you know (unless you go to a festival to get it, and I've never tried doing that) and most of the time it's just luck that I know someone who can get it.

It can be a really hard drug to find these days, alot of people selling at music fest. are going to be ripping you off so be careful. Although on the other hand alot of people arent.

You really should make your first lsd trip in a quiet/secured location...it's not the same as shrooms. It might sound sad, but unless you don't know people who are already into lsd, you might have to go to a rave and take your chances of finding it that way.

At some shows, there will be people saying, "Who wants acid, Acid here, get your doses, etc."

It might be that simple.

ya seriously.....yelling WHO"S GOT THE ACID at a show is a GOOD way to get it!!ive found it many a tie that way...just gotta listen to the kids walking by usually though...theyll tell you what they got, but could rip you off....

My first acid trip was completely by accident. I bought what I thought was ecstacy and took it at a rave that night. I didn't feel anything for the whole rave, and assumed it was just bunk. I went to the afterparty and found out from someone else who had taken the same pill that the pills contained acid. About 20-30 minutes later, I started having really trippy thoughts, and I would get lost in conversations with people. It was only a Level 2 trip, but it was pretty cool nonetheless.
