Florida. The worst state in the land.
If I were you the next time it happens I would just sit back, put on the giddiest, most deep and introspective voice you can, and just say something like, "sometimes you guys, if I'm going to be completely honest, I just feel like taking my dad's magnum off the shelf, putting it in my waistband, and going up to the first group of stupid fucks I can find and just wasting them. You know, this class is really full of a lot of stupid fucks. Wouldn't it be nice..." *soft chuckle.* I guarantee none of them will ever bother you again.
You're probably right there, unless they come and visit you in the high security psychiatric ward you've just been sent to.
Manipulation is key here, get them to argue amongst themselves about who the psycho is, you can then sit there quietly thinking what ever you want to think.
-------------------- God takes those closest to us, because it makes him feel better about himself. He is a very vengeful God. He's all pissed off about something we did thousands of years ago. He just can't get over it, so he doesn't care who he takes. Children, puppies, it don't matter to him, so long as it makes us sad. Why does God give us anything? Look at it this way: if you want to make a baby cry, first you give it a lollipop. Then you take it away. If you never give it a lollipop to begin with, it would have nothin' to cry about. That's like God, who gives us life and love and help just so that he can tear it all away and make us cry, so he can drink the sweet milk of our tears. You see, it's our tears, Stan, that give God his great power.

Introvert/extrovert is such bullshit. Its all about surrounding yourself with the right people.

wow, lets not all forget OP's story. that's what the thread is about... extremes.
it's not relevant to debate about what's better; introverted or extrovert and which is more stigmatized. that's not really what the threads about.
but bantering is good, if you're feeling insecure you extroverted dorks!1

There's actually been a poll of Shroomery users' Briggs-Meyers personality types.
http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/7070812#7070812
1. INTJ 2. INTP 3. INFP 4. INFJ
The rest are way down there. The INxx types, the introverted intuitive grouping, possess an overwhelming majority over the other three types on the Shroomery, in spite of forming a minority of the general population.
So, yeah, we're a pretty introverted bunch. IMO the psychedelics give us a relatively consistent common ground of idealistic creativity.

I don't like quiet people for the same reason I don't like those who don't express themselves.
If I don't know what someone's about I won't trust them.
However, I did live with a guy who was quiet, we talked when we wanted to and I valued the silence. All I'd hear was either him writing or flicking the page of a book, or in turn, me flicking the page of my book. It was serene in an otherwise very boisterous world.
I miss him. He was cute.

IMO everybody's got their speed of social interaction, some people go way too fast for you and some people go way too slow for you.
Alternatively, if somebody's quiet in situation where you'd expect them not to be, it does make you wonder why they're being quiet, what they're thinking about. Introversion doesn't imply serenity.
I have a friend kind of like this though. Good people.
