My idea for creating a microclimate for my BRF cakes - good or bad?

Hey guys,
So I have 5 BRF cakes fruiting right now. They are on their first flush, though two just finished and I will be started their second flush today once the dunk is finished.
Anyways, I've been yielding a tad low, and I've been trying to think of ways to enhance my second flush. I read that it helps to keep the cakes close together to form a microclimate on the sides. The only problem is that I'm using a big 66 quart tub for a measly 5 cakes, so I can't really form an effective microclimate completely around each cake.
So, as a solution I'm thinking that I can move the cakes closer together, and then cut out some tin foil and create a "fence" (same height or slightly higher than the cakes) around the cakes. Basically I'd have the cakes 1/2 inch or so apart from once another in the middle of my tub, and surround them with a wall of tin foil, which will be 1/2 inch away from the exposed sides of the cakes.
Does this sound like a reasonable idea worth pursuing?
I'm somewhat of a novice, so let me know if this is a pointless endeavor.

I'd try wax paper before foil, I've had good results casing with wax paper.

you should do a double end case on them , that will make a better micro climate increasing your next flush a bit

if you want to increase yield go for bulk setups with manure substrate. horse being best.

You'd also be creating a good microclimate for mold too. I don't think it'd be a good idea except maybe temporarily to get them pinning if your FC isn't maintaining an ideal RH.
