Conflicting H2O2 questions. Newb @ work

Hi all,
I am running an experiment. My first MONO. I have a journal entry on this.
My questions are: Can I dilute h2o2 and mist my mono as I put it into fruiting conditions to combat any chances of cobweb or the like? Has anybody had any problems with misting once with a H2O2 solution?
After reading about monos some mist and fan, some set and forget. I have plenty of FAE available to set and forget.
I have used the search function and alas I get conflicting reports. RR says that its toxic and can harm myc growth some say different. I understand that the myc is pretty tolerant to quite a bit.
Any advice positive or negative would be great and even in the journal entry that I have started.
I would love to post pics but I am having a difficult time resizing the images so as i dont take up to much space on the shroomery.
thanks all love the info and everything that you all do.

^^^ good advice. From the Main Search Page: http://www.shroomery.org/forums/search.php you can select one result per thread, and to sort by date. That will help get current info quickly.

Thanks, but are all just regular folks. You'll be this knowledgeable soon, and helping the next newbie. That's how it works, you pay it forward.
My opinion: no peroxide. I don't use it for anything, ever. But opinions vary.
(Monotubs generally work better if you mist and fan, but there's a lot of variables)

Never use peroxide as a preventative, because it will cause more harm than good by damaging healthy mycelium, thus weakening it. If you get a cobweb outbreak due to lack of fresh air exchange, you can use 3% peroxide to nuke it. It won't work with other molds such as trichoderma. RR

Thank you RR and Doc for all your knowledge. Unfortunately I went to fruit it and I encountered the trick. Epic fail for me. I'll retrace my steps and procedures for the next run. Thanks again all
