get a humidity guage.
you might have leaks.

My cool mist chamber registers 99.9% humidity on a pretty expensive, digital hygrometer with absolutely no condensation anywhere.

thats good if your using the kind like i have where the mist looks like smoke, because the mist is so fine it doesnt really condense and its cool so it might be lowering your temp ! check on it just in case !
