Also that blood would be clotted and VERY lumpy....obviously fake.

If all it takes is reading an article about a woman who supposedly stores her menstrual blood and bakes it into cookies for you to want to physically harm her, I have a hard time believing you are for peace & love. Sorry, I'm not buying it. She's hurting no one, just doing something out of the ordinary. She's for peace & love while you're for violence towards people who are different.

Doesn't the female body release anticoagulants towards the end of the menstrual cycle? Obviously the blood congeals on the uterine wall, but I thought anticoagulants were released if the body's hormones weren't at preg-levels.

This is exactly what I thought when I saw the jar. It looks like water with corn syrup and food coloring.
I consider myself open about my sexuality but I will never ever understand the allure of menstrual art or in this case -- baking. I'm not ashamed of what comes out of me but I certainly don't need to fucking fingerpaint with it.
