Okay so I have been on Zoloft for about 3 months, for depression, OCD and panic attacks, and at first I was taking 25mg, then doc higher up to 50mg and now I am 100mg, but at first I used to feel okay and numb to my emotions which I really loved it, but since I have been taking 100mg there are days when I feel super low and I cry, and it triggers my self harm big time, I cant sleep either and I feel like I am going out of my mind, before the Zoloft I used to have really bad anger problems, but seems like I calmed down alot since taaking the mmeds, anyways, I was wondering if I should tell my Doc to change it for something else, or just not take any antidepressants, opinions plz..

Yes, tell your doctor about it. There are dozens of drugs he can try, he might be able to lower your dose and add another drug or even change the drug entirely. My dad has been on anti-depressants for over a decade and it took him probably 6 months or more of being a human guinea pig to get his drug mixture right. This isn't like taking an anti-biotic, your brain is a complex organ. You need to figure out what works for you, not just take the pill your doctor gives you and just assume itll be ok
