That looks like the stuff on my Lipa yai cakes. They are fruiting though. I wish I had a camera. Will theses mushrooms be unsafe?

Overlay and also too moist.
Increase air exchange.

The problem with overlayed casings is the the fruit bodies will grow from a weaker level, it's almost like you have to treat them as cakes.
Let's see, you need 86Rh for casings and +95Rh for cakes, in your case i'd go for something in between. The problem is you need high Rh but at the same time you'll need a good air exchange. For something like cakes with perlite humidification such state is easy to achieve, casing inside pans and used in similar terrariums makes it easy to achieve a good Rh level.
In your case, you're using the whole terrarium as a casing container, you must rely on on your substrate to provide sufficient humidity, that can be hard to achieve if you don't get a good exchange ratio. It can be done but you've got to get the hang of it.
Next time, if you want to use the same setup, drill a couple of holes on two opposite sides of the bin, right above the level the mycelium will reach, that way you'll be doing minimal air exchanges with the benefit of sufficient air exchanges and increased humidity.
Those spots are due to the mycelium reaction to a lower Rh environment, they are dry spots. Overlayed casings are more prone to such situations, get a balance between air exchange and humidity. Expect a weaker substrate, more probable to be infected. Mist the casing a bit after you make air exchanges.
