outdoor and sunlight - please help....

all outdoor worksites my friend is looking at are not in the woods (not an option). how much sunlight is too much for the moe tek?

under the tree isnt as shady as he thought. sun rises in east so is it better to plant on east side of tree so light is first in the am?

why can there not be alotta light?

please help?

when it is all done he will post some pics.

You cant have too much sunlight because it'll fry the shrooms and/or dry out the patch. What you can do is, if you must, pitch a slant over your patch. By this I mean, take something like a piece of plywood and take a stake or a pole, whatever ... and just put the stake in the ground and lean one end of the board against it, and have the other end on the ground. This will act almost as a tent, giving the patch shade but allowing air exchange and some light to get to the patch to initiate pinning.

There may be better ways but I just got up and this is all that came to mind.
