Calcium Carbonate and/or limestone.
    #1658469 - 06/24/03 02:27 PM (14 years, 1 month ago)

I'm truly sorry for such a basic question, but where can I find these ingredients so that I can buffer the pH of my coco coir casing mixture?

Thanks in advance.

Thank you for the link, Anno.

Edit: One more question. Is it possible to use too much limestone flour? What would be a reasonable amount to put in an aluminum breadpan? I don't know the exact dimensions, but something similar to this.

Thanks again.

Around 10% to your casing layer ingredients, by volume.
So I?d say, if you want it to know per one pan?s casing, I?d roughly estimate 1 table spoon.
