If he's feeling ill, and feels like shit, just tell him to go lock the door in his bathroom, and let it all out. You always feel much better after you puke, ALWAYS. If he isn't content with the idea of puking, tell him to go into the forest, and have a nice walk. If he doesn't want to leave, tell him to go watch cartoons, look at some porn, or anything that amuses him. Also talk to him about something he's interested in.
e.g.
If he's into cars, ask him how much a '94 twin turbo supra would cost, and how much it would cost to do it up, like body kits, clutch, flywheel, all that stuff. As soon as he explains it fully, go onto something else, like "What about a '67 mustang?"
If you can keep him happy or entertained with something he likes, he'll forget about feeling like shit, and start enjoying his trip again.
