Habitat: All were found on lush green lawns aprox. 8 hours after heavy rains.
Pictures A I'm guessing are liberty caps? The pictures should be detailed enough, if not let me know and I can upload a spore print, etc.

Pictures B If you need more pictures for this one, let me know. I'm hoping that these are pans. but they could be foenesci?
They have stems longer than an inch, going up to roughly 3 1/2 inches. Their tops are a dark brown, to a light brown, , and then a slightly darker brown on the top. The gills are also a greyish color.

Then these I need help with, The pictures should be enough :o

And an image so you can get some kind of size proportion

Much thanks in advance!

Conocybe is not psychedelic. It can be toxic.

No, poisonous.

No, it is clear what you have. Unless you can post good pics of the spores of the Panaeolina.

Yeah, First one is Conocybe Apala, the second is probably a Panaeolina foenisecii. Neither are active and no more pictures are needed!
If you want to make sure the second one isn't an active Panaeolus cinctulus (aka P. subbalteatus or Pan Subb) you should take a spore print. If it comes back pitch black then it's P. cinctulus, but if it has even slight brown/purples hues then it's inactive. But to be honest it looks like Panaeolina anyway.
The Conocybes are far too white to Liberty caps. Also taking a spore print would have come back a rusty brown, whilst Liberty caps' are a dark purple-brown. You need to look at a lot more pictures of the mushrooms you're hunting.
You might also want to put in better research into the mushrooms you are looking for. Here is a reasonably good list compiled by the Shroomery of which psilocybin containing mushrooms grow in which states/countries. You will notice psilocybe semilanceata doesn't feature under Wisconsin so you're probably wasting your time looking for them!
Remember most mushrooms aren't magic. You have to put in research to find them. But that will just make it even better when you do find them.
Better luck next time, keep hunting

Also http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psilocybe_semilanceata
Liberty caps are common in Europe but only grow in the Pacific North West in the U.S.
In Wisconsin, you're pretty much limited to cincts & gyms, neither of which are particularly strong. You might be better off learning how to grow your own.
