If wine fermates for 3 days

Will it even contain alcohol? I used bakers yeast and apple juice so the bakers yeast should make it ferment faster right? Will it have enough alcohol to get me drunk? I dont care about taste TBH. I need to get rid of it, i go on vacation in 3 days. Its on day three of fermation so i would be drinking it for the next 3 days (i made about 3/4 a gallon)

I make wine but Im not really familiar with using bakers yeast. Some wines can be fully fermented in that time but most take week, even months. Basically if its producing bubbles, its also producing alcohol.

Yes, but there would still be SOME alcohol in 3 days right? I heard like 70% or so is produced in the first 3 days.

Wine wont be done if it's only been fermenting three days. If you don't want to wait until it is actually ready you might as well dump it IMHO.

Ok... I used this methodhttp://wino.hubpages.com/hub/How_To_Make_Drinkable_Wine_In_Just_One_Week It says that it can be done in 3 days. It stopped bubbling, so im assuming there is alcohol. Why wont it get me drunk? Would waiting 2 more days make a difference?

Lol, well this alone would make me distrust anything written on this link.
But yea, using apple cider alone and baking yeast, most of your sugar should be converted in three days.
There's not much sugar in apple cider. How much did you drink and are you old enough to be posting on this site?

6 weeks what?
I think you would find most wineries ferment their wine for varying amounts of time. I bet some of the best wineries in the world ferment for more or less than 6 weeks. I can almost guarantee though, that even the worst wineries ferment longer than three days.

You'd like for me to be wrong but you don't know.
Six weeks is how long I ferment a batch of moonshine. Wineries have aging in addition to fermentation, their processes take years.
The yeast uses sugar for respiration, ripping out the oxygen and converting the sugar molecule into alcohol along the way. That doesn't start to happen until after all the initial dissolved oxygen has been metabolized, and in three days it's unlikely that's happened. For anybody curious, you measure the change with a hydrometer. Take an initial reading then you can chart the decrease in sugar content. The density of the fluid will drop and then start to level off. It's possible to fine-tune the taste of the final product this way with some experience.

This method used a capped bottle, that effectively acts as a fermentation lock, there is very little O2 to start with and it uses a lot of yeast to start. There is no aerobic fermentation.

I've had cider come out to about 6.5% alcohol in a week using just apple juice and bakers yeast, 3 days will get most of it done but it's not gonna taste that great. Baker's yeast is going to make it taste "bready" you'll know what that means the second you taste it.

So because you ferment moonshine for 6 weeks that's how long wine should ferment for?
What are you talking about? Using sugar for respiration to create ethanol? That's rich, where did you read that? Haven't you ever heard of the crabtree effect? Respiration and fermentation are totally different processes. Yeast in respiration cannot be used to create alcoholic beverages. This is one of the key principles of yeast propagation.
