Well thanks guys, today I have my first signs of colonization on my pf tek jars. Creeper and S.african in the lab today. It seems to me that one of the s.african jars is just TAKIN RIGHT OFF. No other jar shows colonization yet, this one jar is probably well ya know good 15% covered.Thanks to you guys tho, if only there was enough prostitutes to go around.

Okay just took a look at the jars better, seems as though, 3 of 4 jars in first batch seem to show blotchs of white, one seems to kinda have a astrong yellow tint to it, maybe a contam.....maybe its real white and im drunk, but the other jars have kinda a dull white appearance. My jars are awesome, i love it. I just need to learn how to make syringes now......

I have 2 of creeper and 2 of s.african and im fuckin stoned and retarded, got the jars all the mixed up and the marker is rubbin off the glass. Damn me.

well if there is a yellow spot from what you are saying it prob is cantams and you will have to discard the jar.I had that contam a few months ago and it is hard to tell it from the white mycelium so make sure you take a good look at it when you sober and see if it is yellow or not.I'm trying to get some creeper spores but it hard to get them to canada(customs) from the USA.well iI hope that you don't have contams and it just you being drunk cuz those are both kick ass shrooms

My cat lost 4 jars to the yellow shit the other week. He was pretty sad to lose such a good strain as koh.

Right now I have 2 batchs (2) of 4 that are showing signs and are 2 days older. 2 of each strain each batch.

First batch.....
i believe jar one, which is creeper strain, had a clumpy syringe = jar with yellow piss spot and 5-10% growth
jar 2, also creeper, just showing the first signs of white and one spooge spot in one area
jar 3, my fave one so far, s.african (see thru syringe) is wompin ass with like 30-40% colonization with nothing but pure white
jar 4 is just a lil bastard with no sign...., also s.african.
