200 miles on a train, 6 hours of back breaking work on day 1, yield 39.7g cooked product, raw was around 70g.
Two people worked, they are not pictured for obvious reasons. Enjoy! Maybe nominate one for pic of the month, certainly some of the nicest shots I have had the pleasure to take.

Soon as I can move my lower back, we'll get onto day 2. 200g cooked has been taken from that field by colleagues so far this year, there are about 6 fields in the area.

For what are those fields being legitimately grown?
What would be the probable outcome if you were to be caught doing your little "harvest"?

The outcome would most likely be a foot chase followed by some stealth.. They are licensed govt fields and very secluded, risks are inherent I suppose............. well worth it IMO.

Most are golf-ball size, heavy bleeders too, these are the seeds I have been trading/giving away for the last 2-3 years. 1,000,000's going in month or two if people are interested.

You're not supposed to ask or suggest nominations for future reference. Nice pics though.

Yeah, I guess if they belong to the government of a European country the worst that could happen is that you would go to prison. Probably not advisable if you live in Afghanistan or Laos, however...
The Feds would crucify you in the U.S. for sure.
I have to admit, there is something attractive about stealing opium from the government. Do the watermelons taste any sweeter?

THose look like Tasmanian strain, the oblong pods. Please tell us more. Especially about the cook procedures. I would definitley be interested in some seed.

@Naum, sorry about the pic comment, thought I had seen others doing the same.. My bad.
In regards to the cooking process, raw latex was just added to water, boiled, strained and then reduced, takes about an hour, very simple.
SEEDS: Y'all will have to wait a few weeks until the pods are drying before I gather this year's seed. and I'll make a list of people and send some out when I have em.
Not sure what the strain/type is as I have obviously not spoken with the grower... Nice though, obviously intended for high alkaloid production.
