casing question

afoaf cased 2 pie pans with vermiculit and soil and mycelium rose above in 2 days and is coming up aggresivly. the pan was coverd with saran wrap with little holes poked in it. what should this freind do next leave it alone,(will pinning start by itself) or what should he do here is a pic.

Your friend must now change the conditions of the casings to push them into fruiting. Example: lowering temp., increasing humidity, increasing air exchange. Read the FAQ for more detailed info.
