Looking good. A few things to keep in mind. Anything made of wood or plant based product kept in a room with that much humidity will grow mold quickly and permanently. I.e. the wood studs inside the plastic and that stack of stools with your fan on it. Also the string holding your bags unless its synthetic. Your mushrooms look like they would benefit from more FAE and light. The long stems with the curled caps is a good tell tale. Even though you have your intake and exhaust fans, just circulating air from the one room in and out of you GH will probably not be enough for oysters. If there is a window near by that you could pull in from or even another room in the house. Your humidifier looks like it works out great! Could probably even cut it back or only use 2 foggers and save the others for back for when one fails. The less stuff you have in the green house the better, because when it comes time to clean, once a week at least, its much easier to scrub walls and shelves or whatever it is. And keep an eye on the water in the humidity set up. Sorry lots of critiques but all will help in the long run.
Keep up the great work looks like your heading in the right direction.

the track is about the only thing i did in this clip lol ;D
chef, thanks for the criticism thats how ppl learn. the studs are covered from the outside and inside with plastic what makes a layer of isolated air between them, air is a very good isolating factor about the stools its something temporal since the plastic case holding the water was too heavy.. and it almost fell down, so its kinda till it get fixed.
about the fae and light, note taken. another bad thing is that the temps there are too high.. can reach 30c during the day... trying to fix that too..
yesterday we harvested from the 2 side logs 960grams wet. pics will be added later:D

They're really needing more fresh air. It might also be a little hot for them. Hmmmmm Thanks for sharing!

Oh yea, definitely harvest sooner, before the caps start to release spore. They look like they need more FAE, maybe less humidity. Not enough FAE makes the shrooms elongate just like yours. Have you ever seen a lions mane with not enough FAE? They look like coral sculptures. LOL

The lack of color comes from insufficient light and the elongated nearly coral like shape is lack of FAE. If you are getting anything to fruit it will probably not be a temperature issue. The only thing i notice when species are fruiting out of there ideal temperature is thin caps, not curled or coral like. But that said maybe if you can, try a warmer weather oyster like pink or phoenix both should do ok in the 80-90F(30C) range. But you really need to find a way to pull fresher air in from somewhere you will notice a world of difference.

thanks guys, gotta take care of that FAE asap i guess. right now my intake and suction set on 10 minutes on, and 3 hours off cycle is that sufficient? P.S looking at the Pics. that were made about 12h ago, do you think they are ready for harvest?

Ya you should pick them. Its hard to tell where theye are in development but you dont want them releasing a bunch of spore.
As for the fae, i have a 540 CFM intake fan, and a 240 CFM exhaust fan, running at about 70% speed CONSTANTLY! The air intake system runs through my humidifier, but that isn't the important part. You almost cant give oyster mushrooms, except king oysters i guess, too much FAE. If nothing else, just cycle your fans a lot more often or constantly and adjust your humidification timer accordingly.
This is a picture of some of my pearl oysters in one of the first incarnations of my grow room. I to was just running intake fans on a timer and just letting passive air/co2 exhaust through slits in the plastic.

Here are the same pearl oysters in the current set up. Same amount of light, humidity, and temperature. The difference is the FAE. Drawing air from inside as well as the basement depending on the temperature outside, and exhausting air outside.

Probably not. Oysters need a whole lot of fresh air exchange. There's no such thing as too much! It's hard to achieve this indoors. The trade-off I continually face is that with more fresh air, it becomes more difficult to maintain high humidity without a very beefy humidifier arrangement, such as directly humidifying all the fresh air.

Other than, there is such a thing as too much FAE when growing king oysters, enoki, "baby" oysters, and others possibly.
